How do I order?

Ordering is very simple.

  1. Browse the website for items you like.
  2. Add them to your shopping cart.
  3. Checkout when you are done.
  4. Provide your phone number and shipping address and we'll have your order sent!

 

Do I really need to give you my phone number?

Yes, so we may give you a call to confirm your order and make sure you are home when we deliver the goods. We will never call you otherwise or give your phone number away.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We now deliver all over the UAE. (shipping times may vary for areas further away from main cities)

 

Can I cancel my order and return the goods?

We are sorry, but goods once ordered can not be cancelled.

 

Do you deliver on weekends?

We currently don't do deliveries on the weekends. Only on weekdays (sun-thur) from 10am to 5pm.

 

I'm ordering a large amount of products, will you make an exception for me and deliver to my area?

That's great, however please do give us a call to confirm and we will try to figure out something for you. We really try our best to make our customers happy.
