Mini North Sea Crab taco with sun dried tomatoes

4 mini butter crisps, 1 lime, fleur de sel, olive oil

Warm the plain waffles in an oven at 180ÂșC until soft and press onto a narrow cylinder to create a taco shape. Mix the crab meat with some lime juice, fleur de sel and olive oil.

80 g sun dried tomatoes

Place the tomato tartare on the bottom of the Butter Crisp taco.

Divide the crab between the tomatoes

Garnish with finely grated lime zest
