Mini chocolate roll made of deepfrozen Danish pastry with butter. Egg-washed and with chocolate. The product is ready to bake and preproofed.
Place the frozen products (already eggwashed) on a baking tray with intervals of 4 to 5 cm.
Bake the chocolate rols +/-16 minutes
  • in a convection oven at 170/180°Cor
  • in a deck oven at 200/210°C.
DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING
