Airing Emulsifier

Cold Foam Stabilizer.
Ideal for use in the production of espumas, ice creams and cocktails.

Gives volume and creates a light foam from the original liquid state.
This product is especially suited for cold creations and for use with a creamer gun and N2O.
Comes as a white, neutral powder.
Dissolve in cold into any liquid or semi-liquid preparation.
Recommended dosage: 50-100g/1L of liquid.
Size: 700g.
