Mini pastries made of deepfrozen danish pastry with butter. The products are ready-to-bake and preproofed. 
Let the products thaw for 15 min. for optimal result.
Bake with steam valve opened:
  • fan oven: 16-18min. at 170°C
  • rack oven: 18-20min. at 175°C
Baking time and temperature depend on the type of oven.You will obtain a better result if you glaze the products one more with egg, even though they are already glazed. The croissants are best baked with the tip turned down, so it won't move during baking.
DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
