and are vegan certified. The Beyond Tenders™ are
significantly larger than standard market “nuggets”
so they can be used in a variety of ways, such as in
salads, sandwiches, as a fried chicken starter or a
main dish with chips.

INGREDIENTS Water, Wheat gluten (11%), Faba bean protein (7%), Wheat flour, Flavouring, Rapeseed oil, Stabilisers (Methylcellulose, Cellulose), Pea starch, Salt, Modified corn starch, Yeast extract, Coconut oil, Colour (Calcium carbonate), Corn starch, Rice flour, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Pea protein*, Raising agents (Diphosphates, Sodium carbonates), Sunflower oil, Spices and herbs, Dried yeast, Sugar.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
AIR FRYER Place frozen tenders, enough to cover, on the air fryer tray and close fryer. No preheating is needed. Heat at 360 ̊F for 5 minutes.
OVEN - Preheat oven to 425 ̊F. Place frozen tenders on a baking sheet with wired rack and bake tenders for 8 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
MICROWAVE Arrange frozen tenders on a microwave safe plate. Heat on HIGH for 1 to 1 1/4 minutes per serving. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Cook to an internal temperature of 145˚F.
STORAGE & PREP Keep frozen and use by best-by date. Do not thaw. Cook from frozen.
