INGREDIENTS - Water, pea protein* (16%), rapeseed oil, coconut oil, rice protein, flavoring, cocoa butter, dried yeast, stabilizer (methylcellulose), potato starch, apple extract, salt, potassium salt, maize vinegar, concentrated lemon juice, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), color (beetroot red), maltodextrin, pomegranate extract.
*Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Contains no peanuts or tree nuts.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
TACOS, PASTA SAUCE & CHILI - Heat non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add Beyond Beef. Cook about 5-8 minutes, breaking up to desired crumble size and stirring frequently. If adding sauce, simmer for up to 30 minutes.
MEATBALLS - Mix dry and wet ingredients per your favorite recipe. Pan-sear then add to sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. Cook time may vary depending on equipment, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
BURGERS - Heat non-stick pan or grill to medium-high heat. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for a 4oz patty.
