How to use:

Method One – The Aligner Method

After brushing your teeth, shake the bottle well... then squirt a small amount of foam into each of your aligners.

Pop the aligners in your mouth as usual.  Done.

 

Method Two – The Swish Method

After brushing your teeth, shake the bottle well… then squirt a small amount of foam into the mouth.

Now spread evenly over all surfaces of the teeth with your tongue to form a remineralising protective film. 

Spit out any remaining foam. Pop your aligners in your mouth as usual. Done.
