Derived from the cooking of sugar, the origins of the manufacture of caramel are uncertain. It is nonetheless a flavor, or a delicacy, known in many forms and associations.
Giffard Caramel Flavor Syrup will allow you to enjoy the delicacy of a good caramel in your drinks. Hot drinks of course, but why not try it as a cocktail too?

Pure sugar syrup with a good taste of milk fudge caramel.

Intense, pure caramel (cooked sugar) with a lightly toasted nutty note on the finish.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, natural flavourings, apple extract, acidifier: citric acid.
