Our Sticky Marinade adds flavour and zing to all types of foods, including meat, fish, and vegetables. This marinade is a combination of spicy and sweet flavours and will bring out the natural flavours of your dish while adding zest and complexity.

  • Use me as a marinade, a basting sauce or a pour over cook in sauce
  • My main flavours are oriental: soy sauce, sweet & sour with well balanced spicy notes and just a hint of Garlic.
  • Ideal with chicken wings, lamb ribs and beef steaks.
