PRODUCTION NOTES: For Coppini Arte Olearia, this 
product represents a new way of growing olives, alongside 
our traditional techniques: medium–intensive olive growing, 
with 1,300 trees per hectare (compared to 1600-1800 in 
intensive cultivation). The new olive tree grove is designed 
and organised into rows of medium-sized olive trees, with 
space between rows for special machines to pick and prune 
without damaging the trees or the fruit.
