CULTIVAR: Biancolilla, Dritta, Nocellara del Belice


TASTING NOTES: Medium grassy olive with 
aromas of tomato and artichoke. Balanced on the 
palate, tending slightly towards pungent; after taste of tomato.

PAIRINGS: Perfect with pasta and beans, porcini mushroom risotto, 
vegetable risotto, vegetable tarts, salsa and for preparing an excellent 
pesto Genovese.

PRODUCTION NOTES: Through their care and attention, our 
olive growers achieve this product by means that fully respect the 
environment, using only plant-based fertilisers. This organic and 
entirely natural vegan olive oil is the fruit of ongoing research in our 
Pilot Mill in Belice.
