HOW TO MAKE GOZEN MATCHA TEA

  • Add 2g of GOZEN matcha to the bowl.

  • Pour 70 ml of water heated to 80°C (176°F). Avoid boiling water, as it can make the matcha bitter.

  • Hold the chasen lightly and whisk in a zigzag or "M" motion to create a frothy layer.
  • Aim for small, consistent bubbles.
